In your role, you will:

Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of professionals who have a common objective: Maximize value generation within the company;
Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the "Bombardier Operational Excellence" manufacturing management system;
Participate and influence the management committee in the strategic orientations of the site;
Guide the Industrial Engineering team in the execution of improvement plans, capacity management and the deployment of special projects in different manufacturing sectors;
Guide the Business Intelligence Team in the deployment, improvement and maintenance of digital tools;
Support and influence collaboration between departments and production teams;
Understand the impacts of projects on the capacity of plant sectors;
Support operations by helping and resolving manufacturing issues;
Lead problemsolving activities in a multidisciplinary team setting;
Act as a change agent with the parties involved to ensure their leadership of the execution part of the project;
Prepare and present progress statuses during governance meetings with the factory management committee;
You have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management or other related disciplines
You have between 5 and 10 years of experience
You have good analytical skills and enjoy solving complex problems
You demonstrate ease in managing priorities and overcoming setbacks;
You are on the lookout for new trends in the field of continuous improvement.
You have skills in project management and team leadership
You have skills for communications and interpersonal relationships at all levels
You have experience in manufacturing environments
You are autonomous and have good practical sense;
You have a strong capacity to influence;
You are interested in change management;
You are bilingual (French and English)
You have knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aeronautics industry
You are familiar with Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power Bi, Power Automate, Power Apps (asset)
