What You Will Do With Us
As the Contract Pricing Coordinator, you will perform various administrative tasks required to support our sales and operations team.

You will be accountable for contract preparation and maintenance, the communication of updates and changes to contracts, liaising with our sales team, as well as managing our contract databases.

  • You are detailoriented with strong planning, organization, and time management skills to deal with tight deadlines.
  • Process and upload customer contracts to Nedco and supplier systems
  • Follow the procedures in place to analyze and create contract renewal records for the sales team.
  • Maintain an audit file for each contract, which will include the original contract, all correspondence, modifications/deviations, and clarifications.
  • Liaise with various departments within the company to obtain complete contracts.
  • Act as a technical resource for contracts by providing accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track contract expiration dates to inform the owner of these upcoming dates.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of all contractual information.
  • Run simple reporting and analysis tasks as required by interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphical form.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Who You Are

  • High school education and 1 to 3 years of experience in contract administration.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge (including complex formulas and PowerQuery)
  • Clear understanding of costing concepts and terminology.
  • Knowledge of the AS400 computer system is an asset.
  • Knowledge of electrical supply products is an asset.
  • Thorough and have strong planning, organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
