Description
We are a natural health food supplement manufacturer. With the continued growth of our business, we are seeking to hire a "Quality Control Supervisor".

  • Plan, organize and oversee the QC testing of raw materials and products.
  • Organize and prioritize sample testing.
  • Manage specification development, test method development and new method approval.
  • Compose and ensure SOPs are in compliance to meet the standards of GMP.
  • Release of raw materials and products after QC testing compliance.
  • Approval of specifications & leads training programs for quality staff.
  • Support all Quality compliance processes to interface effectively with operations using current best practice methods.
  • Monitor product quality, production process and personnel GMP practice
  • Assist in the continual development of food safety prerequisite programs
  • Perform Preoperational cleanliness inspection and perform various swabbing for product safety monitoring
  • Inspect incoming raw materials and approve / disapprove releasing of these materials, review certificate of analysis
  • Assist in administrating testing and test result documenting
  • Fixing broken machines will be an asset

Salary:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour

  • Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Machine Operator: 1 year (preferred)
