Description

We are looking to hire an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment.

Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and training is provided.

0-90 days: $5K/month base + 5% of gross assignment fees on all FIRM purchase contracts sold by our Dispositions Sales Team


After 90 days:
10% of gross assignment fee on all purchase contracts sold by our Dispositions Sales Team. Company provided laptop, laptop stand, 2nd monitor and mount, Apple Earpods, ANC headphones, standing desk, ergonomic chair. Tuition reimbursement (5% of annual income) 100% cell phone reimbursement


Responsibilities:


  • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team's professionalism and integrity in all situations
  • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and followup
  • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
  • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
  • Get trained by the owner himself and work alongside him during your first 90 days to learn the ropes until you can do it on your own. Down the road, be able to train up the next Residential homebuyer so that you can advance and help others advance
  • Learn and master basic procedures such as running comparables, using a spreadsheet with our "buy box" to formulate offers under internal purchase and contract assignment scenarios, estimate renovation costs for the most common line items
  • Free up the Owner's time to focus on Team Building and strategically growing the team and revenue
  • Eventually, run the entire Off-Market Home buying department to manage others to consistently get houses under purchase contract to internally buy or assign
  • Liaison with the Dispositions Manager to sell our contracts on an assignment basis

Responsibilities (combination of field and remote work)

  • Undergo a full 90day training schedule to learn everything related to buying discounted property deals directly from sellers. FULL TRAINING ON OUR STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES IS PROVIDED, HOWEVER PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
  • Master running comparables sold in different MLS boards to estimate current condition and fully renovated home values and to determine offer prices
  • Master estimating common residential repair and renovation costs in order to make viable offers on houses that need some to a lot of work
- attend 4-5 in-person appointments per week

  • Use our Deal Analyzer spreadsheet to formulate and make offers on properties
  • Daily phone/SMS followup calls per day depending on how many appointments you scheduled for the day
  • Daily live answering of inbound calls, web forms, and SMS messages
  • Entering information about sales prospects into our custombuilt CRM
  • Take 3040 pictures and 2 videos at every property you go look at
  • Train future Sales Reps down the road when the need arises
  • Be willing to be vulnerable, completely honest, and transparent as we will be with you

Qualifications:


  • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent followup skills
  • Great phone presence with a closer mentality
  • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
  • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Highlevel spoken and written Business/Professional English skills. You must be articulate. Communication competence (texting, zoom, google drive, google docs, FaceTime calls, etc)
  • Ability to set goals, priorities achieve the goals and daily strategies to achieve the priorities (GPS Model)
  • High attention to detail
  • Must be coachable, a team player and want to be a part of a team and organization you can stand behind
