Position Description:
As the Project Coordinator, you will assist in successfully delivering the broad spectrum of affordable housing and social-purpose real estate developments Flourish undertakes.
You will be engaging with various stakeholders including clients, design consultants, contractors, suppliers, and municipal officials.About Flourish:
Flourish is a not-for-profit real estate development services company established by Indwell. Flourish supports clients pursuing affordable housing and social-purpose projects.
Our team can assist with the full range of development activities, including project ideation and site selection, planning and community engagement, funding strategies and program model design, and project management through design, construction, and occupancy.
Flourish deploys the accumulated development experience of Indwell, a Canadian leader in developing new affordable and supportive housing.Our expertise reflects Flourish's role in creating homes for over 1,000 households in both urban and rural communities, demonstrating our creativity and collaborative approach to outcome-focused project management.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist project managers with a variety of duties
- Document administration
- Budgeting
- Site meeting administration
- RFx submissions
- Other duties as required
What You Will Need:
- Committed to upholding and modeling the standards set out in the organization's Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, Code of Conduct and other operating standards and policies.
- Ability to work independently, be flexible, organized, responsible, and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills.
Canada Summer Jobs Eligibility Requirements:
- Be between the ages of 1830 at start of employment
- Be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
- Be in possession of a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Be available to work for the duration of the contract
Education/Experience:
University or college degree (or working towards) in Project Management is preferred.
