WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Administration, maintenance, development, and implementation of systems, policies, and procedures
  • Analyzes various system requirements (functional, integration, security, scalability) and features
  • Contributes to the ongoing planning and development of systems enhancements in support of current or new enterprise systems
  • Provide technical software support to internals teams on various software systems
  • Provide technology training (onetoone or group sessions)
  • Build and maintain internal knowledge base for training materials and process documents
  • Work directly with vendors on software support and developments

WE WANT YOU TO SUCCEED, SO YOU WILL NEED:

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management Information System or similar field required
  • 2+ years of demonstrated ability working with ERP systems or system support position; is a must.
  • Communication skills. Ability to prepare complete, concise, and understandable technical documentation. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to conduct needs analyses, plan, organize, manage, monitor, complete, and evaluate projects within allocated time and resources

  • Experience in manufacturing environment / waste management
