WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Administration, maintenance, development, and implementation of systems, policies, and procedures
- Analyzes various system requirements (functional, integration, security, scalability) and features
- Contributes to the ongoing planning and development of systems enhancements in support of current or new enterprise systems
- Provide technical software support to internals teams on various software systems
- Provide technology training (onetoone or group sessions)
- Build and maintain internal knowledge base for training materials and process documents
- Work directly with vendors on software support and developments
WE WANT YOU TO SUCCEED, SO YOU WILL NEED:
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management Information System or similar field required
- 2+ years of demonstrated ability working with ERP systems or system support position; is a must.
- Communication skills. Ability to prepare complete, concise, and understandable technical documentation. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to conduct needs analyses, plan, organize, manage, monitor, complete, and evaluate projects within allocated time and resources
