Role Summary

Reporting to the Director, Real Estate Marketing and Sales, the Sales Representative is an integral part of the sales team working together with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and provide an excellent customer experience at our Southlands community in Tsawwassen.

The Sales Representative is also an ambassador for our Century Group brand with prospects, purchasers and the community.
Key Accountabilities
This is an intermediate position within our Sales Team and requires a number of important responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Prospect and grow project database through ongoing and regular communications
  • Cultivate positive realtor relationships with the goal of maximizing sales
  • Qualify prospects, identify and overcome buying objections, prepare and negotiate sales contracts
  • Daily tracking and reporting of sales activities
  • Keep up to date on legislation and market conditions
  • Identify market trends and communicate feedback to internal head office team
  • Provide excellent homeowner experiences
Education & Experience

  • Proven new home real estate experience
  • Experience working in a Sales or Presentation Centre
  • Trading Services License preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Collaborative team player and positive attitude
  • Proficient with Lasso CRM
  • Ability to work five days per week, including weekends and holidays
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
