ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure In Service Support program is executed within compliance with specifications, performance requirements, schedules, cost commitments, and internal policies and procedures;
Experience in managing internal expectation and communication with all stakeholders and management;
Review project performance against milestones and budget;
Coordinate project technical activities;
Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans, as required;
Support technical, cost and schedule aspects of proposals;
Discuss alternative solutions with customer including contractual changes;
Provide and offer aftersales technical support solutions.
