- Seconder le Vice-président dans ses activités, projets et effectuer les suivis et respect des échéanciers:
- Planifier et coordonner des réunions internes avec multidépartements
- Préparer les dossiers et la documentation nécessaire (agenda, présentation power point, prendre les minutes) pour supporter les rencontres et assurer les suivis et communications avec l'équipe.
- Coordonner la participation de la haute direction aux réunions annuelles de l'industrie (CAPDM, NACDS et NPAC)
- Planfier avec une équipe de travail la réunion nationale des ventes
- Consolider les comptes de dépenses des cartes de crédit du département et compléter le compte de dépenses du VP
- Effectuer les demandes d'ouverture de comptes fournisseurs, créer les bons de commandes, réceptionner les factures après approbation et vérification du demandeur, répertorier les factures et budget.
- Support des employés directs du VP et de la grande équipe Commerciale

Minimum requirements
Bacc or equivalent or 5 years experience as an Assistant
- Excellent attention to accuracy and respect of deadlines
- Organization skills and coordination of meetings
- Ability to prioritize and handle many different activities at the same time
- Interpersonal skills and customer focus mindset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
