Greet and welcome guests as they enter the premises
Monitor and control access to the building or property
Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, employees, and visitors
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as accidents or disturbances
Provide assistance and guidance to residents and visitors as needed
Handle packages and deliveries for residents
Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activity on the premises
Enforce property rules and regulations

Proven experience as a door attendant or in a similar role
Knowledge of surveillance techniques and procedures
Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
Background in law enforcement or loss prevention is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm and composed during stressful situations
Strong attention to detail and observation skills
Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time
