Key responsibilities include working as a Team Leader, you will assist in the operation of the Nature Retail Shop by providing information about products to visitors, maintaining stock and displays, as well as by processing all sales transactions.

You will have strong customer service, organizational and decision making skills. As well as having a demonstrated ability to problem-solve and to be adaptable. This job will require 35 hours per week with availability to be scheduled to work days, weekends and evenings.

Visitor Reception and Retail Services

Team Leadership

In this non-management role, you will lead a small team of passionate individuals, motivating, mentoring and engaging them through your enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal, communication skills and your ability to guide them in a fast paced environment.

You will provide...

Demonstrated exceptional customer service, POS, and data entry experience.
Retail and/or tourism experience.
Working knowledge of Google Suite.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs (or request accommodation) and stand for long periods of time.
Private transportation to FortWhyte Alive. Bus service is not available to our location.
This job requires the individual to work around peanuts and nut products.
