Full-Time Sales Assistant_ to join our expanding sales team We need relentless, future-focused leaders looking for an opportunity to immerse themselves in a culture of growth, entrepreneurship, and professional development.

This is a
Full-Time & In-Person position.

In this entry level role, our _Sales Assistant_ will build key customer relationships, recognize upselling opportunities, generate referral transactions, close sales, and drive profit margins on behalf of our clients.

Full-Time Sales Assistant will:_

• Cultivate strong relationships with key decisionmakers and act as a central point of contact to respond to prospects' questions and inquiries
• Provide excellent consultative sales support and solutions to potential and existing customers
• Identify new business opportunities, make initial contact, and build rapport
• Develop new business and maintain current relationships to increase customer retainment and create a referral pipeline
• Train, mentor, and supervise assigned associates
• Work closely with senior management to develop proper sales techniques, problemsolving skills, and conflict management techniques

Requirements_:_

• Previous experience in sales or a strong interest in jumpstarting your sales career
• Educational background in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or communications is preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid drivers license and a personal vehicle is preferred
• Must be willing to work
  inperson and commute
  daily to our Markham office
