We are looking for a licensed immigration consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Must be familiar with current immigration policy;
Communicate with clients to gather information and documentation
Draft legal forms
Drafting submissions and affidavits
Submit files to Immigration offices for processing
Excellent understanding of procedural and processing requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa.

Targets:

- advising students per week
- open office hours for 5-6 hours per week (virtual or in person)

Monthly seminars on campus
Keeping detailed records (number of students seen, questions asked, etc.) and review every semester with the college
Reports on immigration consulting

Qualifications:

Minimum of three year experience in immigration processing
Impeccable attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask, reliable, punctual, able to work independently as well as in a team setting
