We are looking for a licensed immigration consultant to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Must be familiar with current immigration policy;
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and documentation
  • Draft legal forms
  • Drafting submissions and affidavits
  • Submit files to Immigration offices for processing
  • Excellent understanding of procedural and processing requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa.

Targets:

- advising students per week
- open office hours for 5-6 hours per week (virtual or in person)

  • Monthly seminars on campus
  • Keeping detailed records (number of students seen, questions asked, etc.) and review every semester with the college
  • Reports on immigration consulting

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of three year experience in immigration processing
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask, reliable, punctual, able to work independently as well as in a team setting

Required education:


  • University degree
  • ICCRC license

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15-25 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

- immigration processing: 3 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • RCIC or RISIA (required)
