    About: Our client isin search of a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their finance team as a Billings Coordinator.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize SAP and Excel for accurate processing of accounts receivables.
    • Create, post, and distribute invoices with precision.
    • Maintain customer records and generate accounting reports.
    • Monitor accounts receivable aging and manage collections.
    • Prepare ad hoc reports and maintain financial records securely.

    Qualifications:

    • College Diploma in Accounting Administration.
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Preferred experience with SAP Business One.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
