The winning combination of team spirit and desire for career focused growth will ensure a rewarding experience in one of our fabulous Fleet & Delivery divisions We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Delivery Administration & Fleet Support Representative with a passion for customer service to join our team at The Brick's delivery department This is a Sunday to Thursday position, 4pm to midnight - as a retail operation schedule might change at any time to reflect the needs.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, handle deliveries (when there is no one home, when products are damaged or any complications that may arise on the road.)
- Create service requests as required, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Reenter invoices, in part or in full, for damaged products or if the customer is not present at the time of delivery.
- Register department closure
- Confirm delivery documents are signed and identify errors
- Confirm status of invoices for all returned items
- Maintain the highest level of customer service
- Create nextday routes, respecting values and cubage
- Administer investigations of workplace injuries, vehicle accidents, property/product damage, as well as loading and delivery reports.
Qualifications:
- Routing experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills required.
- Must display a positive attitude, be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure, without sacrificing detail.
- Selfstarter and team player; able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to interpret, implement and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
- Knowledge of Retail Store Operations & Systems would be a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word & Outlook would be an asset.
