Position Description:


Your future duties and responsibilities:


  • Support a greater member (employee) engagement. You will create and execute programs to continue elevating pride and loyalty of CGI employees in Canada, embed employer branding in major HR programs, and help drive awareness through referrals or CGI differentiators coming from our most recent employee value proposition.
  • Lead the recruitment marketing center of expertise for Canada. You will help optimize resume inflow by optimizing our recruitment funnel, consult on recruitment marketing tactics, and influence as well as train your internal partners.
  • Facilitate an employer brand work group. You will set up a joined EB ownership model in Canada (HR, Recruiting, and Communications) with identified internal sponsors for a shared set of KPIs. You will also liaise with the global team in order to ensure alignment with the global model and guidelines.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • 5 years+ of experience in Recruiting or Communications, including 3 years delivering Employer Branding / Recruitment Marketing programs (experience in the fields of business services and technology is an asset).
  • A good understanding of the Canadian recruitment market and recruitment cycle.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering multichannel strategies and campaigns (digital, social media, events and traditional).
  • Experience writing and editing for various media, including social media, websites, publications, talking points, boilerplate descriptions, etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills —being organizationally aware, with skills to impact, influence, and build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Selfstarter who has proven project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute to team projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
