Responsibilities- Develop and implement the month-end process which includes the bank reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, P&L analysis. Prepare monthly account analysis for capital expenditures and work in progress balances. Responsible for the preparation of monthly accruals. Decision support in analyzing the monthly results. Develop and perform testing of the integration between the new billing system and the financial system. Actively monitor functioning of systems, identify inefficiencies and recommend adjustments. Prepare analysis to support complex journal entries in compliance with IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 Responsible for the development and implementation of an effective and efficient system of internal controls (C-198) in compliance with accounting standards as well as ensuring optimization of the financial processes. Develop financial analysis related to ad hoc projects (capitalized wages, etc).
Academic Requirements- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related field Certified Professional Accounting designation or equivalent an asset
EXPERIENCE- 5 + years of experience in a similar accounting role

Préparer des analyses à l'appui d'écritures de journal complexes conformément aux normes IFRS 15 et IFRS 1 Être responsable du développement et de la mise en œuvre d'un système efficace et efficient de contrôles internes (C-198) en conformité avec les normes comptables, ainsi que de l'assurance de l'optimisation des processus financiers. Développer des analyses financières liées à des projets ad hoc (salaires capitalisés, etc.).
Formation académique- Baccalauréat en finances, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe. Le titre de comptable professionnel agréé ou l'équivalent est un atout.
EXPÉRIENCE- 5 années d'expérience ou plus dans un rôle comptable similaire.
