Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing sustainment of a comprehensive project plan to manage all aspects of training program deployment.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the Leadership Development deployment.
  • Collaborate with the different branches to ensure that the deployment respects their operational restrictions and timelines, partnering closely with them to gather necessary information and coordinate logistics.
  • Lead the identification of potential risks and issues that may impact the logistics of training program deployment. Regularly assess and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle including stakeholder engagement throughout.
  • Oversee the build, deployment and ongoing refinement of a rolling, complex training calendar that includes (but is not limited to): program details, branch specific requirements and participants groups/registration in a multifaceted operational environment.
  • Partner closely with the LMS Systems team to Influence/ensure automation development to so that the full scope of training needs and requirements are met.
  • Accountable for all training scorecard metrics and implementation of contingency plans to ensure that the training requirements are met, and timelines respected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 35 years of proven experience in managing large projects, and project management tools and methodologies, preferably in coordinating and managing logistics for largescale initiative or training programs.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, capable of managing risks and resolving issues.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including effective presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships effectively.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable
  • Operational and/or Workforce Planning knowledge a strong asset
  • Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
