The HR representatives are part of the wider People team at our company.

Our HR team members are a lively and wonderfully weird bunch, made up of experienced HR professionals who are there to support employees with their expertise be it relating to policies, employment law, employee rights, or simply good practice across a range of areas such as flexible working, parental leave, as well as general performance and wellbeing.

In addition, all of our HR Reps have been trained in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), which means you can be confident of talking to someone who has an understanding of mental health issues and what resources are there to support you.

Our HR function is spread across all our X amount of offices with representatives and skill sets that are global in nature and work together to build on each other's strengths, providing a best in class service and experience to all our employees.

We're there to listen and be available to employees to talk through any issues or concerns in your working life, however 'big' or 'small' they may be.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Owning the relationship with the designated business area and their team(s) for all HR matters.
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders and employees, partnering with senior North America Interactive leaders to help deliver their business goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the People Team to advise and implement people strategies, best practices.
  • Work to exude a highperformance culture that fit the North America talent market.
  • Provide confidential employee relations intake, direction and resolution.
  • Facilitating, and guiding disciplinaries, grievances and capability issues and keeping up to date with current legislation.
  • Deliver an outstanding employee experience at all points of the employee lifecycle.
  • Leaning on resources from the wider People Team to deliver knowledge for the benefit of employee groups.
  • Optimize people processes and decisionmaking through reliable data analysis and improvement plans.
  • Build and implement plans that enhance managers and leaders' capabilities toward a culture that recognizes strong performance through working openly and positively.
  • Communicate, conduct local training, and launch plans for programs including performance review, employee engagement, rewards & benefits, health & safety, mental wellbeing.
  • A
ttract, retain, and develop team members to support the business and individual career goals.

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain HR programs, policies, procedures and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure plans and decisions are thought out for impact across multiple internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a positive culture and environment that's seen as a great place to work.
  • Coach and support managers in contemporary best practices in human resources.
  • Support with employee and peer review systems, career advancement, reward and recognition systems, training and development, onboarding, relations and exit.
  • Track and create reports for compliance for employee gaming registration, training to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Service employees through responding to inquiries, investigating complaints and providing guidance.
  • Be proactive in suggesting improvement opportunities and to execute HR team plans.
And what are we looking for?

  • Excellent knowledge of Canadian & US employment legislations, specifically for Ontario, New Jersey, Nevada and California.
  • SHRM-CP qualification or CPHR/CHRP certification is an asset.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to gain respect from stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a hybrid working environment with teams spread across the globe.
  • Experience working with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward, Operational and Admin HR).
  • Strategic thinking approach to connect business objectives with daytoday HR operations.
  • Results focused through ability to prioritize, navigate uncertainties, and act with urgency.
