Description
Wood is currently recruiting for an Intermediate Document Management Technician with experience in the Oil and Gas petrochemical industry.- Provide DM support to projects by processing / issuing project document deliverables on behalf of Wood disciplines, the client, suppliers and contractors in a timely manner.
- Process project deliverable documents (engineering and supplier) following project procedures and standards
- Process deliverables in Wood and/or Client project systems
- Project Document Management processing
- Review submitted documents for adherence to nontechnical requirements
- Process/Issue documents following Wood DM processing workflows/instructions/checklists
- Review client project specifications / standards and current Wood procedures to ensure proper understanding
- 510 years experience in a similar document management role
- 510 years experience working in Electronic Document Management Systems
- Proactive, deadlineoriented with ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
