Full time, permanent position commencing January 2024
**Monday - Friday 9:00 am

5:00 pm, 37.5 hours/ week**
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Friendly telephone manner with experience with automated multiline phone system is an asset
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently, as well as a team member

Position Responsibilities:

Direct incoming calls appropriately and effectively in a pleasant, receptive, and professional manner
Greet, direct and assist visitors and clients of London Children's Connection in a welcoming and professional manner
Facilitate client referrals to the appropriate London Children's Connection program or community partner
Perform general office duties and provide clerical support for the organization as assigned
Receive and process payments, with cash or Interac
