Our company is growing, and MC3 Manufacturing looking for individuals to strengthen our company by supporting our assembly/service team.

Requirements:

Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Quality inspection experience 1 year (preferred)
Detailed orientated

Position Overview
The Quality Inspector is responsible for maintaining quality standards by approving in-process production and final products prior to shipment. The Quality Inspector is also responsible for documenting quality inspections.

Responsibilities
- posses the skills to perform daily tasks of inspecting mechanical systems including various conveyor types, filters, enclosures, and tanks
- have a strong mechanical aptitude as well as be able to learn quickly
- have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with machining and fabrication
- understand root cause analysis tools such as 5-why, and be able to complete non-conformance reports as necessary
- be able to identify quality related problems or issues and escalate as necessary
- have experience working with measurement tools such as a tape measure and micrometer
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ultimately, this position helps to ensure customer satisfaction.

In addition to the above, the successful employee will perform general shop tasks and all other duties as assigned.
