**Responsabilités**
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques des clients et fournir une assistance de base.
- Effectuer des suivis téléphoniques et par courriel
- Aider les clients avec leurs questions et leurs demandes.
- Respecter les délais et les consignes.

**E**xigences mínimales***
- 0-1 ans d'expérience. Peut avoir une qualification professionnelle.

**A**utres compétences***
- Être un(e) étudiant(e) en cours d'études.
- Avoir de bonnes compétences en communication et en interpersonnelles.
- Avoir une attitude positive et enthousiaste.
- Être capable de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Le titulaire de ce poste fournira un soutien quotidien aux clients internes et/ou externes à l'extérieur du Québec et/ou des États-Unis. Par conséquent, il/elle doit maîtriser l'anglais parlé et écrit. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes nécessitant des compétences en anglais a été limité dans la mesure du possible.
