The Epic Life Program Manager will manage Epicure's Epic Life Program, North America's leading "Un" Diet.

Epic Life has been created by scientists, nutritionists and chefs to give participants the tools they need to lose weight while feeling healthy, energized, and full.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Epic Life program business case and plan
Manage daytoday program deliverables
Manage community, acquisition, retention marketing channels to deliver agreed upon KPIs
Manage Epic Life social community to meet program objectives
Actively seek opportunities for monetization and integration with existing Epicure activity
Internal champion and advocate for the Epic Life program
Report program performance to Executive Leadership Team

Objectives:

Grow Epic Life program revenue via acquisition, retention and monetization
Grow Epic Life program participants via acquisition and retention
Increase Epic Life community size and engagement
Use attraction marketing to amplify vibrancy of community to existing and new Epicure customers

Required skills and qualifications:

Ability to move from high level strategy to detailed execution
Good experience in attraction marketing techniques
Excellent experience growing, managing and monetizing an online community
Excellent knowledge of digital social, acquisition, retention and monetization
One or more years of experience in an uppermanagement role
Three or more years experience in program management
Experience in an app or subscription based business
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
Experience in managing stakeholders
