We're looking for a
Marketing Coordinator to join our _Digital Marketing Solutions_ team in Montreal. You will be responsible for onboarding & coordinating customers for our Digital Marketing Service, Websites and Mobile App products. Additionally, you'll coordinate marketing campaigns for a range of customers within multiple channels (social media, ads, etc).


What you'll be doing:


  • Coordinating customer onboarding for marketing campaigns, websites, mobile apps and other products between crossfunctional teams.
  • Participating in kickoff calls with customers to outline processes and manage customer expectations of the onboarding process.
  • Leading onboarding calls to assist clients in setting up marketing channels and platforms including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram and Google My Business.
  • Providing guidance and support during the initial stages of the onboarding process, addressing any client concerns and ensuring a clear understanding of the process.
  • Maintaining consistent and timely updates to the customer based on task completion and customer responsibilities during onboarding and postlive.
  • Managing the amount of time for customers to move from setup phase to the time their marketing initiatives are running.
  • Understanding the specific features of Social Media platforms and how they can be best utilized for the client's needs.
And a little bit of....

  • Coordinating with multiple teams in various stages of the marketing and website pipelines
  • Any other client marketing, website and mobile app related tasks that may come to us from other internal teams

What you need to bring:

We're a collaborative team located in Canada. Our team is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing campaigns, ecommerce websites and mobile apps for Lightspeed Golf customers.

  • 2+ years of experience in Social Media Coordination, Technical Customer Support, Marketing or similar.
  • 1+ years of experience in project management.
  • Degree in marketing or business, or an equivalent degree and/or experience.
  • Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills
  • Ability to coordinate, support and manage external stakeholders.
  • Polished overall communication skills including phone etiquette.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
