We are looking for an Intern, Digital Archives for our Toronto corporate office.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help organize a digital catalogue in a large film library
Reorganize the server by renaming files according to nomenclature
Review old files and correlate them to existing files on server
Move files to existing files appropriately
Delete files that are redundant
Cross reference digital film files and rename files according to nomenclature protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:

Library science, or digital archival studies degree preferred, but not required.
Looking for detailoriented people who are highly organized and methodical.
Must be able to follow instructions.
Training will be provided for necessary data entry work.
