Are you looking for a stimulating HR role in a multifacility Canadian company?

Ideally you are located in Mississauga or surrounding area.

Hybrid role - being on site 3 to 4 days a week.

You'll get to travel approximately 40-50% of your time in Ontario.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Deep knowledge of Canadian employment laws
A variety of experience providing HR support to all levels of organizations.

Bonus points for:

Bilingual
English and French
You've grown with a company that's scaled from very small to very large and understand the requirements of an organization at each lifecycle stage
CHRP, CHRL designation is an asset
Workday experience is also a bonus

Most of what you'll work on:

Provide HR support to the business, advising managers on performance management, employee relations, policies, and other HR-related topics
Monitor the current HR policies and practices to ensure they are relevant and compliant with employment standards across your region
Complete processes and project work to maintain compliance in your region
Lead a variety of HR related projects
Provide support and monitor our health and safety program for your region
Maintain HR related records and reports updated
Collaborate with our talent acquisition team on recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies for your region
