Cold Caller - Vancouver, Canada - AzureHR
Description
Identify key decision-makers within target companies and build relationships with them.- Gather and document relevant information obtained during calls.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to understand the requirements of open positions and tailor your pitch accordingly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills in Excel.
- Knowledge of the Alberta and Saskatchewan job markets is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
