CSN Golden Triangle Collision is a respected auto repair company that has been in business for over 50 years with 4 locations in the Waterloo Region and Guelph.

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Waterloo team.


This role provides a variety of job tasks, you get to meet lots of different people, you'll have the opportunity to be outside meeting with customers and looking at their vehicles and inside talking to our experienced technicians.

Essentially you are the face of the organization from a customer perspective. You are their support, guide and make sure that their experience is something they'll remember. If you're someone that likes to work with people, have varied work tasks, the opportunity to move around during the day instead of sitting behind a desk you'll love this role


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Assist customers by answering questions relating to their work status, changes and delivery time frames.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding approvals and time frames.
  • Input information into the appropriate system.
  • Coordinate with the production team.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Experience in the customer service and/or automotive industry.
  • Customer focused. Enjoys working with a variety of different people and working through various scenarios with them.
  • Positive attitude, ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,760.00-$83,200.00 per year
