Description

The
Service Excellence Coordinator is responsible for providing superior customer service to Agency Stores, PWSS and Licensees and Retail customers requiring special orders, deliveries and/or event execution.

The Service Excellence Coordinator uses product knowledge, technical software, organization/industry network and information from business units within the organization to achieve and maintain customer relationships and strategic direction to satisfy their upmost immediate business needs - this is a key area of responsibility for this position.

This position will primarily work with the Agency Store team.
