Job Summary:


How you will make an impact:

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction is achieved. As the main point of contact for guests, you will provide superior customer service and resolve guest challenges.


As a Corporate Concierge, you will:


  • Complete the registration/checkin process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system confirming pertinent information
  • Ensure rooms and services are correctly accounted for within guest statement. Properly accounts for services provided by the client
  • Provide guests with information about the facility, services, and amenities
  • Receive special requests from guests, and respond appropriately or forward requests to appropriate team members for decisions and actions
  • Field and resolve guest complaints or escalate for resolution to appropriate department
  • Assist guests in emergency situations
  • Maintain adequate supplies and functional equipment at the Front Desk
  • Perform any special assignment deemed by Guest Services manager, or Manager on duty

About you:


  • Previous Guest Service experience is an asset but not required
  • Able to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be able to fluently speak, read, write and understand English
  • Able to maintain professional standards while multitasking in an extremely busy environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the city, including local events, restaurants, shopping and attractions
  • Able to communicate with guests in a confident and pleasing manner in a variety of situations
  • Must possess basic computer skills
  • Must be a team player but able to work independently
  • Requires writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
