Job Summary:

As a financial market product specialist, in charge of all related product developing, marketing, analyzing, hedging, and collaboration with other business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire financial market product lifecycle.
New product development, analysis, and strategy planning.
Lead client requirement analysis, and deliver product solutions.
Take part in marketing and sales activities of complex requirements, and provide technical support from product aspects.
Lead bond-issuing business.
Financial market analysis and research, product strategy development, keep align with market trends.
Collaborate with client relationship management units and other related stakeholders, and support branch channels.
Keep smooth communication with the head office and other internal entities.
Fulfill the risk control and compliance requirements.
Provide product information to related business units.
Take part in internal and external training and business expanding activities.
Train and supervise fresh staff.
Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years working experience in banking or financial industry, familiar with FX products: Spot, Forward, Swap, CCS, IRS, Options, bond issuing, loan, deposit, asset management, etc.
With a deep understanding of financial markets and commercial bank business, be able to analyze the client requirements, and offer hedge or investment solutions.
Advanced working knowledge of PC skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), basic knowledge of trading terminals (Bloomberg, Reuters), and ability of system usage learning.
With sound knowledge and ability to analyze macro economy and micro economy, with ability in learning and analyzing treasury products.
Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM or equivalent will be an advantage.
Proficient in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
