sponsibilities:

Provide Registered Dietitian services
Conduct nutrition assessments and develop nutrition care plans in collaboration with clients/caregivers
Implement best practice and evidencebased nutrition interventions to achieve client goals

Requirements:

Registered with the College of Dietitians of working province:

Ability to work independently and as part of an inter-professional team:

-
1-3 years experience as a Dietitian:

A sound and current clinical background in all aspects of nutrition care, including enteral and parenteral nutrition
A strong initiative, demonstrated critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Knowledge of chronic illness selfmanagement principles and a client focused philosophy
Ability to prioritize, manage selfscheduling and meet reporting deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computers
