_What you will do in this role_

Liaise with the Information Technology Services group on matters related to all supported apps and Infrastructure Management Systems.
Provides technical support to all staff using an Enterprise Asset Management tool and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in addition to software developed by the IMT Group.
Support in reviewing and analyzing CMMS requirements for various divisions within Public Works.
Maintain modules within the HANSEN database CMMS System.
Liaise with external clients, contractors, software developers on known and found issues.
Provide coverage and support and liaises with our Human Resources and Payroll partners.

Successful completion of a degree/diploma in Computer Science/IT/Engineering/Business Administration with 3 years of experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Strong communication skills when interacting with Internal and External client base.
Project coordination skills for programs and events. Ability to obtain consensus and influence the decision making of others.
Use of technical or professional skills to work together with others to investigate problems and explore alternative solutions in order to attain specific goals.

_ Technical knowledge and skills_

Practiced knowledge of Asset management in a Public Works environment.
Ability to build and use SQL quires.
Report Development in Crystal 9 / Report Development in Cognos software
Use of an EAM system and or use of IBM
Maximo Application an asset
Expert knowledge of Hansen an asset.
Financial background an asset.

Work Mode & Job Location:
In this role you will have the ability to work remotely and attend on-site when required based on operational requirements at the 2 Copper Road
_ _worksite. The frequency of on-site activities may vary on a weekly basis and based on operational requirements. Your remote work location must be located within the province of Ontario.

Hours of Work:35 hours per week.
