Reporting to the CEO, you will serve as a liaison to our customers who are teams of scientists, research assistants, and physicians.


Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects on our SAAS platform catering to brain imaging and behavioral research.

Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards, and fostering strong relationships with our research community stakeholders.

Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Execution:
Develop project plans, define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
Create detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and adherence to project milestones and objectives.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the research community, including researchers, institutions, and industry partners.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their research requirements and ensure effective alignment with platform capabilities.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on project-related matters.
Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance and Testing:
Ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and are aligned with user requirements.
Develop and implement robust testing plans to validate platform functionalities, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.

Resource Management:
Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budgets, and equipment.
Identify resource needs and work with management to ensure adequate availability and allocation.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
Generate regular progress reports, highlighting project achievements, challenges, and key performance indicators.
Conduct post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ( Life Sciences, or related disciplines). A Master's or PHD is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the research community.
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in multisite/multimodal studies
  • Strong understanding of brain imaging and behavioral research methodologies and processes.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
You will get to show and tell your work regularly through reporting, international conferences, talks and trainings.

Salary:
$43,430.51-$84,206.23 per year
