Who we are:
The Global Risk Management, Retail Credit Risk manages the risks of lending credit to retail and small business customers, maximizing profitability and includes Risk Technology, Retail Risk Secured Lending and Small Business, and Retail Risk Data and Analytics.
What you can expect:
- Assist in driving a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Help develop and deploy industryleading solutions for Retail & Small Business Credit Risk teams, leveraging advanced analytics, process reengineering, agile principles, and disciplined risk governance.
- Support the mission of modernizing Credit Risk with a customer lens and bringing the Bank to the customer, whether they are in small business, or retail.
- Assist in driving key initiatives aimed at accelerating benefits for customers and the bank, leveraging third party and internal advanced analytics, data, and technology solutions.
- A University degree in Business or Economics or Finance
- 1 year of experience in Credit Risk or Finance/Accounting
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Results driven individual with high level of curiosity and ability to dive into details without losing sight of the big picture
