Summary:

Duties:


  • Responsible for payroll and billing
  • Administer employee HR and payroll files and systems
  • Administer licensing of security employees
  • Responsible to issue uniforms and track uniform inventory
  • Coordinate office supply orders and office supply inventory
  • Greet customers, clients and employees in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Administer shortterm disability, long term disability, RRSP plan, workers compensation claims and coordinate return to work initiatives
  • Scheduling and general administration of Winnipeg office
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
  • Performs other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Experience using HR software (ADP or Similar)
  • College diploma or University degree in business administration or similar field
  • 1 to 2 years related experience in an administrative function
  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with confidential information and situations
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; Selfinitiating, well organized, problem solver, with ability to multitask
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Team player that establishes and maintains strong working relationships

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including handling interactions with guests and colleagues
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Detailoriented, with a focus on accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year


Experience:

Front desk: 1 year (preferred)

Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
