Understand & Articulate our Employer Value Proposition

We need our recruiters and talent seekers to be able to speak accurately and enthusiastically about what we do and what we're working on. To assist in this, you'll spend time with our product, marketing, sales, and executive teams to fully understand how to articulate and pitch our organization, technology, and product roadmap before you hit the recruiting trail.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience in a Sales or Recruitment role
Experience and ability to pitch to a technical audience
Able to travel 5060% for conferences across North America

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in a techbased recruitment role
Experience recruiting for technical sales and engineering roles

For this role, we anticipate paying $70,000-$120,000. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
