Administrator in Trade Credit Insurance

The Administrator will support the Quebec Regional Manager in the daily tasks.

From an account management side, the Administrator will be actively involved in the management of the customer portfolio, and business retention.

The Administrator will also help in the development of the portfolio by identifying the new sales opportunities and maximising the customer profitability.

The Administrator will work in many fields and will also be an intermediate between other departments within the organization to ensure the service and a smooth process.

Key Deliverables:

Account Management
Provide customers / brokers service and support
Manage and support brokers' relationships
Development and retention of existing customer relations with the aim of maximizing income growth
Identify and support development of business opportunities for additional sales of services and products
Have good communication/presentation
Organize and time-management skills
Understand and meet customers/brokers' needs and resolve issues to the their satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as administrator
Fluent in French and English - both verbal and written skills

Position is in Saint-Laurent, 3 days a week office attendance expected
