Shipper Receiver

Become a Parts department team member in our fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will pick, ship, and receive heavy-duty truck and trailer products, and complete accurate associated paperwork to ensure cost control and customer satisfaction.

You will also load/unload a company delivery truck with specified parts and deliver to customers.

Hours:
_Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM_

Duties:

Picks parts based on computer generated pick ticket
Consolidates orders going to same location and packages for shipping
Loads and unloads couriers and delivery trucks
Receives product and forwards emergency stock to customers
Checks product to packing slip and generates receiving record
Records vendor invoices and prepares for Accounts Payable staff
Ensures freight cost in calculated and charged to customer
Deliver and pick up orders as required
Warehouse aisles are kept clean and tidy

Qualifications:_

Education & Experience:_

2 years of work experience, preferably in a related role
Experience in a fast paced work environment

Skills:_

Valid class 5 driver's license and a relatively clean abstract
Customer service focused
Attention to detail
Shows a learner attitude, initiative and diligence
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds without assistance
Basic computer experience with ability to learn inhouse system
Forklift license or ability to achieve
Ability to be exposed to weather conditions off/on throughout the day, yearround
Ability to climb ladders preferred
Knowledge of Heavyduty industry an asset
