FirstLight Home Care is actively seeking Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for immediate placement in a Long Term Care and/or Retirement Home Setting in Kincardine, Ontario. Exciting opportunities await in Kincardine, Ontario, with availability for all shift lines (Days, Evenings, and Overnights).

Qualifications:

Graduate of Personal Support Worker program
Experience working with seniors in LTC or Retirement Home
Must possess strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and customer focus skills
Must have demonstrated sound skills and knowledge of providing personal care duties
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Must provide a complete and current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) or be willing to obtain one
Must be able to provide a negative TB result
