We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Solar Sales Representatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and eventually closing sales for our solar energy systems.

As a door-to-door sales rep, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting the benefits of solar energy.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through doortodoor canvassing and other outreach methods.
Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products.
Conduct onsite assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations.
Prepare and present customized proposals to prospective customers.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet revenue targets.
Provide excellent customer service and followup support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy or home improvement industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated with a passion for renewable energy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (required)

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with the potential for high earnings. In addition to competitive commission rates, we offer performance bonuses, incentives, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
