Description
Support the new employee orientation process including set up of employee files, coordinating and maintaining employee onboarding packages and paperwork, and sending out communications to all internal parties to prepare for the arrival.
- Support the employee offboarding process including administration of the exit survey and coordination between internal stakeholders.
- Ensure employee data is maintained and up to date on our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) system.
- Support the updates of polices and procedures and internal resources.
- Support Health & Safety initiatives by tracking and coordinating training required.
- Monitor and track various P&C metrics and support quarterly reporting.
- Assist with scheduling meetings/sessions as related to learning and development and wellness related initiatives.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Actively pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail while able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, able to adopt new technology quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to use sound judgment when dealing with sensitive situations and confidential information.
- A selfdirected team player, who works collaboratively with a strong sense of customer service.
