Primary Position Responsibilities Include:


  • Establishing and building rapport with customers
  • Thorough consultative questioning to establish the customer's needs and develop solutions
  • Providing quotations to customers
  • Following up on quotations
  • Maintaining a good knowledge of current product offering
  • Effectively managing time to meet customers deadlines
  • Product sourcing
  • Working closely with Outside Sales counterparts

Education and Experience:


  • Customer Service experience required
  • Working knowledge of Fluid Power/ Pneumatics/ or Electromechanical a big asset
  • A post secondary certificate in a technical/ industrial field a definite plus
