Primary Position Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing and building rapport with customers
- Thorough consultative questioning to establish the customer's needs and develop solutions
- Providing quotations to customers
- Following up on quotations
- Maintaining a good knowledge of current product offering
- Effectively managing time to meet customers deadlines
- Product sourcing
- Working closely with Outside Sales counterparts
Education and Experience:
- Customer Service experience required
- Working knowledge of Fluid Power/ Pneumatics/ or Electromechanical a big asset
- A post secondary certificate in a technical/ industrial field a definite plus
