Family Enterprise Canada is looking for a National Coordinator, Membership & Community Experience to join our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, resourceful, and proactive team player to join our membership team.


This multifaceted role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment and are dedicated to offering great member experiences and building stronger relationships with our community.

Working with our National Manager, Member Relations the Coordinator is an integral part of the day-to-day operations that provides administrative and membership support to the association.

As a frontline employee, you will represent a positive and professional image of the organization to all members and stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Experience in member relations and/or customer service roles.
  • Experience and strong knowledge of association management systems (AMS) including data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Zoom and Teams. Survey Monkey, Mail Chimp and WordPress would be an asset.
  • Ability to speak and/or write fluently in French is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all enquires about membership, as well as general enquires about the association.
  • Updating records and ensure proper maintenance of AMS (Association Management System)
  • Assist Business Development manager with new membership recruitment and onboarding.
  • Assist with membership outreach and new membership campaigns.
  • Developing and implementing member programs and services that add value across Canada.
  • Perform other related duties of a comparable level/type as assigned.

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
