What will I be doing?


As a
Corso Bartender, you would be responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to Guests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding Guest service.


Corso Bartender must adhere to bar service guidelines at all times and ensure that all Guests feel cared for, valued and respected.

After preparing the beverage the Bartender makes appropriate conversation or pays attention to cues for further orders.


Corso Bartender is also responsible for keeping the bar clear of empty glasses and bottles and quality checking to ensure the Guest is satisfied.


Corso bartenders recommend premium brands of alcohol and wine, while working in accordance with the Liquor License Act.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years Bartending experience in a fastpaced bar

Skill

  • Exceptional Guest service skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a highvolume business
  • Available to work flexible hours

Requirements:


  • Must have Smart Serve Certification
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Required to provide a certificate proving completion of the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (ecourse provided by the Ministry of Labour)
  • Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel's satisfaction.

  • Serving: 1 year (preferred)
