Essential Functions:
The Hybrid Training Supervisor reports to the Manger of Training when Training Tasks are being conducted in the classroom or on the ramp.
This includes primary responsibility for the following:
- Ensure all new hires are trained in classroom and on the job training
- Maintain training files and records
- Ensure and conduct all recurrent training
- Keep in communication with Training Manager regarding airlines reference to new training standards and compliance with current specifications
- Handle any reports or information requested by Station Management/Training Manager
- Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location
- Exceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Once Training Functions in the classroom and on the ramp are complete, The Hybrid Training Supervisor will return to Operational Duties as a Supervisor.
This includes primary responsibility for the following:
- Ensures a safe work environment by following all the Company and our customers' rules and regulations regarding the workplace.
- Ensuring compliance with established Company and customer safety/security policies and procedures and ensures regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of results according to business partners' key performance indicators.
- Attending all business partner required meetings and training.
- Communicate with the team and or business partners to provide exceptional service.
- Ensure staff is meeting safety and security standards.
- Oversee administration of new hire and recurrent company and business partner training.
- Monitor operational performance ensuring key performance indicators are met.
- Facilitate regularly scheduled performance review meetings with employees ensuring continuous improvement.
- Hand in daily shift synopsis at the end of shift.
- Hold shift handover meeting with your peer to ensure the operation continues to run smoothly.
- Maintain accurate employee timekeeping and ensure this information is sent to the Workforce Manager after each shift for payroll purposes.
- Carry out other duties as assigned

General
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree and one year experience. Associate's degree or high school diploma or equivalent may be substituted with two or more year's relevant experience in the training environment.
Conditions of Employment:
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Reasoning Ability:
Computer Skills:
Intermediate knowledge is required in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, organize training schedules, and perform other tasks related to training.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job requires supervision of all training staff while conducting tours and/or classroom training sessions.
When Training is not taking place, the Hybrid Training Supervisor is required to complete Supervisory duties within their Scheduled Operational shifts.

- Stand and walk
- Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms generated by terminal environment
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (threedimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).
