THE ROLE


The Human Resources Information Systems Advisor will participate and ensure resolution of business process issues, as well as develop and deliver information sessions, presentations, training, coaching and/or support pertaining to HRIS programs/portfolio.


QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline AND some years of experience in systems analysis, data administration or a related field

Certification in reporting tools and/or data analysis tools and techniques, an asset


Experience
In designing and delivering training
In working with an integrated Human Resources/Payroll system
In planning and conducting presentations
In project management

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.


LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English or French Essential, Bilingual an asset.
