Salary:
$75,000 maximum annual salary
- Solicit, develop, and grow key accounts and clients to generate additional opportunities for the hotel.
- Develop and maintain business relationships and key partnerships to increase rates, volume, and company revenue.
- Identify the best opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions and location needs.
- Conduct research on markets and potential clients to continuously and favorably increase the hotel's client list based on the specific market.
- Develop and grow the group and SMERF segments.
- Also develop the individual corporate market, group corporate market, association market, and other markets.
- Establish strong business relationships with key industry contacts and trade organizations.
- Develop, maintain, and help grow business relationships to increase prices, volume, and revenue.
- Strategically structure pricing for each segment category.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services within an assigned territory by soliciting current or new clients.
- Evaluate and establish prices, credit terms, guarantees, and delivery dates.
- Participate in regional industry activities.
- Develop sales strategies.
- Prepare or have sales contracts prepared.
- Build and maintain relationships with current clients as well as new clients.

Education:
- DEC in Hospitality Management (an asset).
Required Experience:
- At least one year of relevant experience in hotel sales.
Languages:
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position as we serve an international clientele.
