Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in a health care management, business, or communication/public relations required. A minimum of five years health care, government, non-for-profit, or related experience required. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Proven ability in promoting a strong team environment with collaboration to develop and achieve shared goals and objectives.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and presentations with the ability to craft a compelling and passionate narrative.

A firm understanding and commitment to advancing the mission, vision, and strategic directions of Covenant Health. A high degree of independence in decision making and creativity is required. A clear vision of the health system and continuum of care. Must be flexible and able to determine and manage multiple competing priorities due to a wide variety of responsibilities. Ability to maintain a professional level of diplomacy, confidentiality, and tact in all activities. Ability to function and thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment with a high level of complexity and pressure.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and vehicle required for travel between sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters in health services administration, business, or other equivalent preparation preferred. Project management and health care experience considered an asset.
